WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Choice of bike:
Aluminum alloy road bike (2022 Marin Gestalt with disc brakes)
Carbon road bike (2023 Cannondale Synapse Carbon 4 with disc brakes)
Bikes come with:
Your choice of toe cages, flat pedals or bring your own clipless pedals
Rental helmet (with MIPS)
Use of small seat bag that contains gear to change a flat tire (spare tube, tire levers, patch kit & CO2 with inflator)
Bike delivery to race expo on Saturday, June 10, 2023
Bike pickup at race end on Sunday, June 11, 2023
BIKE COSTS:
$199 for alloy road bike rental, delivered, with gear as listed above
$299 for carbon road bike rental, delivered, with gear as listed above
TERMS:
You must book and prepay for a bike beforehand. We will only have bikes for those who have prearranged and prepaid for a rental. We have a limited supply of bikes and will likely sellout.
Once you submit the rental request form, by the next business day we will send you an email with the size bike we have held for you along with the link to submit payment and sign our waiver. You will have 48 hrs from then to pay for the rental and sign the waiver, otherwise your rental will be cancelled.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have paid and signed the waiver
We will confirm the pickup and drop-off logistics by email two weeks prior to the race
Our mechanic will be on site on Saturday morning for a window of a few hours, but will only be able to do a basic fitting, adjusting the seat height and installing your pedals if needed.
Cancellation policy: All payments are non-refundable.
